- Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.

All orders are fulfilled from our atelier in Nice, France.
Import Duties & Taxes
We collect import duties and customs-related taxes at checkout for select destinations where Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) is available. This ensures a smooth delivery experience, with no surprise fees upon arrival.
Currently, these charges are collected at checkout for orders shipping to:

- Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates
- United Kingdom
For all other international destinations — including Norway, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore — any applicable import duties or border-related taxes are not collected by us and may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for the most accurate and up-to-date information before placing your order. As noted in our return policy, import duties and customs-related taxes are non-refundable as they are remitted to your local customs office upon purchase.

Calculated Shipping
For orders under 700 €, tiered shipping options can be selected at checkout for some destinations based on your shipping zone and delivery preferences.

All orders are fulfilled from our atelier in Nice, France. Processing time is typically 1–2 business days, order cutoff time 2pm Paris time. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
European Union
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
• Express: 1–3 business days
Northern EU destinations may arrive in 2–4 days.
Norway & Switzerland
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
Import duties may apply.
United Kingdom
Estimated delivery: Express: 2–4 business days

Saudi Arabia & United Arab Emirates

No import duties typically apply for Australia and New Zealand, but VAT or GST may be collected at delivery depending on order value.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International orders (outside the EU) may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer.
- Within the EU, VAT will be applied at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. Depending on the carrier, you may also receive SMS updates.
Returns and Exchanges
Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returns and exchanges. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen. We will assist with filing a claim with the carrier.
We recommend shipping to a secure location where someone can receive your package.
